The Role of Professionals
In earlier modules, we focused on professional practice at individual and team level.
In this module, we expand that perspective.
Professionals are not only service providers.
They are:
Observers of systemic gaps.
Witnesses to fragmentation.
Holders of practice-based evidence.
Potential advocates for change.
System reform does not begin with national legislation alone.
It often begins with professionals identifying patterns, documenting barriers and building partnerships.
Understanding system readiness allows professionals to act strategically rather than reactively.
